BRDB's position on marketing linkages for rural human resource development, training, capital formation, loan disbursement, disbursement of rural products through integrated initiatives to contribute to human resource development, increase productivity, increase rural capacity through rural areas through more integrated implementation of BRDB's ongoing activities. Accepted. In addition, BRDB has plans to monitor existing activities including introduction of technology based activities management system to solve existing problems, coordination of rural development activities at union level. It is hoped that the steps taken will enable BRDB to play a leading role in rural development in the future as well as in the past.
